The program has a search bar that allows you to find any desired file by name. From got search results, select the desired file and click "download". More stars on the left means more download speed. For more exact search it is possible to use the expanded filter. A dialog box appears, in which you get to choose where to save the file. You can save this as a way to let the default. When you click "details" you can select the files to download. To open the downloaded file, press according to it the right button of a mouse and choose option "Open Folder". The selected file can be viewed online or listen in the integrated mediaplayer, without waiting for the download.
